رهبر طالبان در فرمانی به ادارات نظامی و غیرنظامی دولتی دستور داده که از این به بعد سهم تقاعدی را از حقوق ماهوار کارمندان کسر نکنند

This order of Maulvi Hebatullah Akhundzadeh has been read as the official cancellation of the pension system of civil servants, and when civil servants retire, they will not have anything called pension. In this order, the Ministry of Finance of the Taliban government is asked to stop deducting retirement pay from the salaries of civil and military employees starting from the month of the month of fiscal year 1403. In the order, the Taliban leader told the Ministry of Finance to provide him with information about all existing military and civilian employees, including “date of appointment, length of service and the determined amount of their retirement pension.” Maulvi Hebatullah Akhundzadeh issues the order to cancel the pension system while the sources in the Ministry of Finance of the Taliban say that the controversy of not paying the salaries of more than 100,000 pensioners has remained unresolved since the return of the Taliban and no decision has been made on this matter. . About 150,000 convinced officers say that they have been waiting for their monthly pension for more than two and a half years, and a large number of them protested many times and came to the streets. Last year, the Taliban’s Ministry of Finance said that it had allocated 4 billion Afghanis to pay pensioners, but at that time, the Taliban leader did not approve the payment of this money. The Taliban leader’s decree did not state the reasons for banning the pension system, but it is said that some Taliban leaders questioned the “rights of pensioners” in terms of Islamic Sharia based on their own interpretation. Many civil servants, who have served in the Afghan government system for decades and have had a portion of their monthly salaries deducted from their pension accounts by various past governments, say that since their meager salaries were stopped, they have been forced to use whatever they have, even household appliances and furniture. sell their wives’ jewelry to earn a living.  Pension is paid in all Muslim countries, and according to Islamic Sharia, it has not been questioned so far.
