Mirziyoyev asked Putin to participate in the Trans-Afghan railway project

The President of Uzbekistan has asked the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, to take part in the Afghan-Trans regional railway project.Based on the reports of some Uzbek media, Shaukat Mirzyayev made these words to Putin on the sidelines of the Kazan meeting of Russia and both sides emphasized on the expansion of transportation cooperation.Two days ago, the delegations of the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan signed a memorandum of understanding on the initiation of technical and economic studies of the Afghan-Trans project in Tashkent.
