The National Association of Afghan Jurists says that the Taliban’s failure to pay attention to the will of the people and the national will will lead to the “terrible consequences of the destruction” of the country.
On Sunday, the 22nd of December, the National Association of Afghan Lawyers called on the international community, especially the United Nations, to listen to the voice of the silent majority of Afghanistan.
This association has stated that during the two years of Taliban rule, the international community, with all its moral obligations towards Afghanistan and its people, has never seriously emphasized the implementation of the constitution or the commitment of the Taliban to the United Nations Charter.
