The Taliban’s Ministry of Culture cooperates with a linguistic institute to develop local languages
The Ministry of Information and Culture of the Taliban announced that it signed a one-year memorandum for the development of local languages with “Samar Institute of Linguistics”.The ministry wrote on the X channel that in Badakhshan, Nangarhar, Jawzjan and Kabul, work will be done on the development of languages such as Shoghani and Peshai.Nuristani, Sauji, Pesha’i, Shoghani, Manjani, Vakhani and Peruni languages are supposed to be included in this program.According to the Taliban, this institute will work to standardize the script of these languages, collect poems and folk stories, motels, songs and chistans.The ministry wrote that it will work to develop grammar, writing and printing books and treatises in the mentioned languages
