The concern of the Child Protection Organization about the severe hunger of children in Afghanistan
Recently, the United Nations Children’s Protection Organization said that with the increase in poverty and floods in Afghanistan this year, three out of every 10 children will face extreme hunger. According to the report of this organization, six million and 500 thousand children need urgent food in the new year. In part of the report of this organization, it is stated that most children are facing an emergency crisis of hunger. This is while in the flooded areas, most children do not have access to food, shelter and safe drinking water and are exposed to severe diseases. However, in another part of its report, the Organization for the Protection of Children has expressed concern about the reduction of the budget for providing humanitarian aid to vulnerable citizens in Afghanistan.
