Atta Mohammad Noor in response to Haqqani’s statement: We die standing up, but we don’t live bent over

عطامحمد نور در واکنش به اظهارات حقانی: ایستاده جان می‌دهیم، اما خمیده زندگی نمی‌کنیم

Atta Mohammad Noor, the former governor of Balkh and the leader of one of the branches of the “Islamic Community of Afghanistan” party, in response to the statements of Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, the Acting Minister of Refugees and Returnees of the Taliban, says: “There is no such thing as allegiance in the custom of our Khorasani Ayars.” We die standing up, but we don’t live bent over.”

On Friday 16 Feb, Mr. Noor wrote in X that Khalil al-Rahman Haqqani “had troubled dreams”.

Khalil al-Rahman Haqqani recently claimed in an interview with a domestic media that Atta Mohammad Noor had “pledged allegiance” to him before the fall of the republican system in Afghanistan, but he broke his allegiance.
