52 Afghan refugees released from detention in Iran

Sources in Nimroz province say that 52 Afghan refugees have been released from detention in the Ghadir camp in Zahedan, Iran.Sources in the Taliban’s Foreign Relations Office in Nimroz say that the individuals entered the province of Nimroz through the Pul-e-Abrishim border in the 11th phase.According to the sources, 200 Afghan citizens were also released from detention in the Ghadir camp in Zahedan five days ago in the 10th phase and returned to the country.It is worth mentioning that during the past nine months, 680 Afghans have been released from detention in the Ghadir camp in Zahedan and returned to the country in 10 phases. The release of these refugees comes as part of efforts by the Taliban and the Iranian government to facilitate the return of Afghan refugees to their homeland.The Taliban has said that it is committed to providing assistance to Afghan refugees who wish to return to Afghanistan.
