Three Men Arrested in Connection with the Abduction of Dr. Pirzad

Kabul – Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the abduction of the country’s neurosurgeon, Dr. Ahmad Fawad Pirzad, security sources have reported.

According to the Bakhter news agency, the abductors have been arrested when they had fled to Farah province.

Two of these men have been sent to Kabul for investigation, as reported by security sources.

Meanwhile, he was abducted from the Kart-e-Char area in front of the Ministry of Higher Education last week.

It is worth mentioning that the eyewitnesses at the time said the kidnappers were dressed in military uniforms and were in security vehicles.
