Former US President Donald Trump has defended an agreement with Russia for the supply of diesel fuel, calling it the “right decision” for the American people. The TASS news agency reported on Monday, October 12, that Trump stated he believes he made the correct decision. These remarks follow a phone call on October 9 between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, during which they discussed the supply of oil and petroleum products to the US and global markets.<\/p>\n
Following the call, Putin announced that Moscow had reaffirmed its readiness to supply these products. Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister, Alexander Novak, also stated that his country would lift its ban on diesel exports ahead of schedule. According to Novak, Russia is prepared to export 300,000 tons of diesel in October, with plans to increase this volume in the following months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
