The Union of Human Rights Activists has demanded that the United Nations Scientific, Educational and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) pay attention to the cultural heritage of Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban.This union wrote in a letter to the Secretary General of UNESCO that the actions of the Taliban do not only lead to the exclusion of women from society, gender apartheid, targeted killing of civilians and other crimes, but also a systematic and alarming attack on the rich cultural and historical heritage of the country, especially elements related to language.
