Justice Sangsour of Farah Defeats Pamir of Ghazni, Moves to the Top of the Table

The second round of the zonal football competitions to qualify for the Afghan Champions League continued on Wednesday.

In the matches, Justice Sangsour of Farah defeated Pamir of Ghazni 1-2 and moved to the top of the table with 10 points, putting them one step away from qualifying for the Afghan Champions League.

In the other match, Independence of Baghlan defeated Pidagoozhi of Nangarhar 0-3 and moved to second place in the standings with seven points.

With two matches remaining in the group, Justice Sangsour and Independence of Baghlan are the clear favorites to qualify for the next round. Pamir of Ghazni and Pidagoozhi of Nangarhar will be fighting for third place.

The final round of the zonal competitions will be held on January 25. The top team from each group will qualify for the Afghan Champions League.
